Delivery and Returns

 

Our orders are shipped from the UK, but rest assured, if your address is within the EU we will cover all import fees and taxes before shipping so you will not be charged anything to receive your order. If for any reason you do receive a request from DPD to pay Sales Tax and Duty, drop us an email to sales@alanpaine.co.uk so we can pay and get your order on its way to you!

Orders made before 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day, except during very busy sale/promotion/holiday periods. During very busy sale/promotion/holiday periods, we still dispatch the vast majority of orders same day, but unfortunately cannot guarantee this for all orders. Orders placed on the weekend are dispatched on Monday.

RETURNING GOODS FROM EUROPE

We understand that sometimes people wish to return goods for a variety of reasons. That's why we offer an easy 30 days Return Policy. Great news! We have established a European Returns Hub.

Unwanted goods must be returned in an unused, fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Within your order you will receive an returns form. Fill this form out and use the attached returns label.

If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, the cost of return postage is to be paid by you. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, we will pay the cost of returning the item. Proof of postage costs will be required.

 

EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer a European Exchange Service - if you require an alternative product please return your item for a refund & place a new order. We will refund your shipping cost on your replacement order.
